This process will take about three hours. Make sure you close all of your programs before you begin.

If you have not shut down your computer for days. I would recommend restarting your computer before doing this upgrade.

Then scroll to the bottom and choose 32bit or 64bit OS­­_.

If you do not know which one. You most likely have 64bit.

Download the file, then double click on it to initiate.
